Warby Parker's Glass House

Our project for Warby Parker, The Glasshouse, transformed the brand's digital-first eyewear experience into a compelling physical destination in LA's Arts District. Building on Warby Parker's philanthropic mission—donating spectacles to those in need with every purchase—we designed an environment that seamlessly translates their online customer journey into tangible, memorable moments. The concept centers on an elevated greenhouse structure that appears to float above the retail floor, creating an intimate yet airy atmosphere for eyewear selection and fitting. Integrated as a shop-in-shop experience within Alchemy Works, this originally temporary three-month installation proved so successful that it remained operational for a full decade, becoming a permanent fixture that demonstrated the power of thoughtful retail intervention in fostering lasting customer connections.
