For Diff Eyewear we developed a comprehensive omnichannel concept and signature store design system to support their national retail expansion. As design strategists, we created a flexible yet distinctive spatial framework that could adapt to diverse retail environments while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints. Our serialized design approach established fixture elements, material palettes, and experiential zones that translate seamlessly from flagship locations to smaller format stores. The concept prioritized both product discovery and try-on experiences, ensuring each space functions as an integrated extension of Diff's digital ecosystem while delivering a cohesive brand experience at scale.
